The Boone PTO has been working incredibly hard for the last two years to provide funding for the needs of our school AND to build up enough savings to allow us to build a new playground. We are proud to announce that we have saved up enough to pursue making a new playground a reality for next school year!

 

PTO leadership met with playground reps very early in the Spring of 2020 and received a general quote for updating the playground. Because we know that pricing has changed since the general quote was given, we want to ensure that we have adequate funding to make our playground the best it can be. This is where you can help!!

We originally set a tentative goal for this initiative of $75,000.  After recent discussions with the district grounds staff and the playground equipment vendor, we are confident that reaching our original goal of $75,000 with this initiative will ensure our Bulldogs' playground will be the best it can be! Help us get there!

 

Please consider a donation to our “Paws Up for the Playground” initiative now through the end of May. These funds will go towards securing the equipment and installation to make the Boone playground SHINE BRIGHT for years to come! The exact timing of installation is TBD; however, the plan is to have it installed by the second semester of the 2022-23 school year.

 

ANY amount is appreciated, and those who donate $1000 or more will receive recognition on a plaque that will be placed on the wall as you exit the school to the playground.
