Small Playgroup Leader
Reports to Playgroups Chair.
Slated in June/July
Responsible for coordinating small playgroups (that may include other events such as Mom's Night Out, Parent Potluck Mixers, etc.) throughout the year.
Note: this role is not responsible for hosting every single event.
Events & Clubs Chairs
Reports to the BPA President
Responsible for the planning and execution of their respective events.

Incoming Kinder Events: Plans and executes parties for incoming Kindergarteners

Social Chair: Plans the fall and spring parent parties

Playgroups Chair: Oversees the playgroups program
Treasurer Elect
This is a two-year commitment

President
Reports to Boone PTO President
Responsible for oversight and program strategy for the BPA. Provides monthly reports to the Boone PTO.
President-Elect
Reports to the BPA President
Responsible for the oversight of Events & Clubs. This is a two-year commitment and assumes the role of President the following year.
Membership
Reports to the BPA President
Responsible for managing the membership renewals and application process, as well as maintenance of the BPA Google Group, Facebook and online directories. Will update the website.
Treasurer
Reports to the BPA President
Responsible for all aspects of financial management for the BPA, as well as providing financial reporting required by the Boone PTO Board.
Programs
Reports to the BPA President
Responsible for the planning and execution of the BPA’s fundraising event. Will also be responsible for soliciting sponsors for the event.
